There are plenty of products that claim to eradicate
these shadows, but here we believe in natural ingredients which slowly but
steadily give us long term results and so if you are down looking tired and you
want to goodbye to your under eye shadow, you have to some natural ingredient
to rescue.
Natural ways to treat dark circles:
1: Cooling Cucumber:
We heard about Cucumber as a remedy for dark circles
multiple times and for all the right uses. The high water content does
hydrating the dry under eyes skin so it:
- Promotes skin Hydration
- It discourages fluid accumulation under the eye
placed the slices of cucumber over the eye and
sit inclining position and then left the cucumber‘s natural astringent soak
into my eyes.
- Work as a mild astringent
Cucumber under eye mask:
Simply added;
- 2 tbsp. of cucumber juice
- 2tbs of finely grounded coffee
- 2 tbsp. of yogurt
Mix them well and apply them twice a week. This is the most
effective concoction.
2: Green Tea:
Green tea contains antibacterial and antifungal properties so it definitely going to fight off any unwanted infections. The caffeine presents in green tea helps to shrink the blood vessels under my skin and this decreases the darkness by a mile.
Other method antioxidant-rich under eye mask:
Mix green tea with one tbsp. of honey and yogurt each.
Let it apply and sit for the mask for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Use
this remedy twice a week. This extremely rich antioxidant-rich under eye
mask visibly brightens and soothes my eyes.
This is a highly affordable and easily available ingredient
that has famous skin-brightening vitamin C & K which helps in blood
circulation under the eye area.it helps to tightening the under-eye skin and making
it looks firmer and brighter. The natural bleaching agent perfect lightning the
dark patches.
Grating 1 small potato and place it on the muslin cloths.
Squeeze the cloth together with the juice. Then dip in the cotton pad and make sure
to apply it to every inch of the affected area. Let the juice rest for 15
minutes and politely wiping it off by cold water. Do this daily for quicker
results.
When we need a quick fix for puffy eyes just take 2 slices of chilled potato and use it to give yourself a clear complexion.
4: Rosewater + Milk:
Rosewater took first place in the art of rejuvenating the skin soothing tired, puffy and sour eyes and lightening dark circles in the process.
Simply mix a tbsp. of rose water with the tbsp. of cold
milk. Soak 2 cotton pads into the mixture, place them over your eyelids and
kick back for 20 minutes. Do this thrice a week daily.
The lactic acid in the milk reduces darkness around the eye and works to accelerate the rosewater extract.
5: Saffron + Milk:
Saffron works wonders for your complexion. Its amazing
antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties give new life to the skin and
restoring it to its original freshness.
Add 2 to 3 stance of saffron to some soothing cold milk
and Allow it to soak for an hour then dab the mixture under the eyes and on
eyelids and gently massage for a minute Or
simply apply onto the dark circles using cotton pads. Rinse off after 20
minutes and make it of daily routine.
6: Coconut Oil:
Coconut oil is loaded with vitamin E which deeply moisturizes the skin.
By adding a drop or 2 of coconut oil onto your palm and
massage in the area lightly helps create smooth and supple skin. If you want
add a capsule of vitamin E as well to boost its effects. Massage for 1 minute
and rinse this can be done daily or until your satisfied result.
