If you have not made any New Year resolutions yet, do so, as this is very important for your personality development. Resolutions
will vary from person to person depending on life’s changes and circumstances.
I will share with you 3 ideas of resolutions
and habits. All three ideas are based on many things, you can include in your
routine to bring a lot of positive changes in your life.
1.
Control
your expenses:
Today if you save money, the money will save you tomorrow.
Like everything else, the importance of money is
understood only when it is not. So make a resolution to track your expenses and
build a habit of saving money and develop the habits for your Childs also. Small
saving can be a bigger amount will save you on the rainy days and keep you
debt-free.
2. Work
on your Self:

Physical health:
Whether or not the body is healthy depends entirely on
exercise and diet. So make a resolution that we make sure will make time for
exercise and incorporate it into your daily routine, avoid junk food and
consume a healthy diet.
Health is wealth so maintain your health with dedication
to live a joyful life.

Mental Health:
On Google you will find many
examples of how have made history with their mental power even though they are
physically weak, so what have we made of such a powerful thing. Don't use it
all day except for stressful and negative thinking. Think
about the brain that we can use to change the whole world, can't we use it to change
the belief system of our thinking?
So make a resolution built up
the habit of think less and avoid redundant assumptions. Don’t
judge others and conserve your energy for the betterment of your
life. Feed your mind with positivity.
The key to a healthy life is having a healthy mind.

Overcome your weak points:
Work on your weaknesses think like why you don’t grow up? Why
your works have gone pending?
Make a resolution to do systematic works, build
up a routine, and make a to-do list, etc. make the habit
of wake
up early and bedtime routine. Well saying is early to bed and early to rise
makes a man healthy wealthy and wise.
3.
Save
your environment:
Make a resolution to keep our
environment clean. Plant more trees.
Stop using plastic bags, they don’t ever
go away and they are killing millions of animals.
Throw rubbish correctly. Organize community clean up. Invest
in a reusable coffee cup, it will reduce a lot of waste, and keep your
drink hotter longer.
