Time, the most valuable and complicated gift of God. To manage the time, we have to be masters of each second. You and I have24 hours, but mine and yours differ. so before we manage our time we have to find it.
Tips and Tricks to Manage Time:
Step # 1:Then the first step is to identify what kind of a person you are? Is it accurate to say that you are a morning individual or a night individual? Me, I am a morning person...How you can find it? Which is the best time of the day, when you are at your best productivity level?
Step # 2:
Availability of that time totally depends upon the nature of your job, working hours and so on. My hours are 9 AM to 5 PM. So I have to leave early that’s why my productive time and my available time don’t match because I have more than enough time in the evening. According to sleeping time let’s suppose 10:30 PM. By 5 to 10:30, I have like more than 5 hours. But in the mornings if wake up at 5 o’clock and try to finish all the family and all other household chores and rush to work I will be fully exhausted and this will affect my efficiency at work. A tip is that whatever is work should be started always with a peaceful mind and a fresh brain.
Step # 3: how to turn my available time into my productive time?
Manage your productive time to add value to our available time. Let’s suppose, wake up by 5 o’clock after all the morning freshness it's 5:30 till 8:30 I have 3 hours and this is my best productive time but I will not use that time to exhaust myself instead of that I will use that time to fill up myself with energy for the whole day result that I reach in office in the office with the full of energy to start my work efficiently.
The next question is that how I energize myself by using that productive time. I use that time just to pack lunch and everything for the family. Just to keep my home in place and ready for work.
The most important thing should we do is use your productive time for yourself that will fill up you with the energy it will benefit your family and as well as your profession. At least 15 to 30 minutes of the productive time you should use for yourself. So that rest of the 23 hours for your family and profession, and everyone will be benefitted from that 30 minutes. in the morning 30 minutes of your productive time for yourself like yoga, meditation or workouts will make you self-value, more confident for whole the day. Mine is morning maybe yours is evening. The next tip is that use your travel time to take a nap like in the metro etc. to refreshes up yourself. Just do whatever relaxes you and refreshes your brain.
Step # 4: How to save your available time:
Suppose in working days after work if we have 5 and a half hours in my hand as available time. To save your available time first thing is you have to build up a routine.
Sleeping Routine:
The most important routine is the sleeping routine. Generally, examine that most people don’t have their sleeping routine. If it’s today 10 PM and tomorrow 12 PM. Due to this habit, you are confusing your biological clock, your body won't know when to rest, when to work, when to relax, you are confusing your brain by overloaded one day and next day rest for a long time. That’s why set a sleeping routine doesn’t matter even it’s a weekend and weekday. With this habit, you will be benefitted a lot, after a month you no need to set your alarm or to off your alarm. Your biological clock will wake you up and make you sleep as well. so, teach your body.
Treat your body as a separate individual and care likewise you care a baby.
Shopping routine:
If you are a working woman, back from work rushing to the kitchen for dinner, for next day lunch preparation, and kids snacks, and surprisingly you came to know the shortage of main cooking ingredients this will make your time and as well as energy. That’s why set you’re shopping routine for weekdays necessities will help you to save your available time.
Cleaning routine:
To have an organized home it all necessary to clean, dusting and mope your home every day. But if you are a working women the least priority should be given to the cleaning routine. If you have more than enough available time, use only 30 minutes maximum to do a quick clean on weekdays. Just give a home to everything at your home.
Every day before you go to bed make sure everything is just kept in place. With the help of this habit, your home will look clean and tidy.
Social Networking Routine:
Never do your social networking in your productive time. Most of the time, we set our alarm, and the next early morning we take our mobile to switch off the alarm. Next, what happened, our eyes becomes contact with the whole notifications. You will stand there to check all the notifications. So set a routine to turn off Wi-Fi or internet connection and then adjust the alarm.
Instead of scrolling down social networks, getting depressed yourself by seeing other's social statuses, pictures, etc. use mobile to learn new things. About one week if you will do that thing, you will get self-control to keep away from such networking science.
Set 4 of these routines then you will be able to saves you’re enough available time and you have half-done half of managing your available time.
Step # 5: Planning:
If you fail to plan means, you are preparing to get failed.
To plan your day firstly make a to-do list. As a common housewife make sure to make a to-do list in your supercomputer brain. When you may go to bed consume your 10 minutes to picturise yourself for the next day, teach and feed your brain what have to do tomorrow. So try these habits if you are not trying anything will happen.it will benefit you in the way of that, your brain will keep on reminding you what next, what? It will keep on alarming you, warning you what you have to do next.
In the starting maybe you will forget something, of course, we are human beings but gradually you can see that your memory power will increase gradually.
Prioritize your tasks:
1.Family time:
Being women our priority should be our family. So back from the work never rush yourself into the kitchen and start your work also either you have limited time. At least spend 10 minutes with your family or kids, just throw your office bag, change yourself, get freshen up come and sit with your family, talk to each other’s, open up to each other. It will create a great bonding and understanding.

You can set it depends upon your priority either in your productive time or available time as per your routine.

You also analyze your sleeping time, your office time, your available time, and your productive time if sum up becomes 24 hours, yes, you are on track. You are utilizing your time efficiently. And if you find something missing or gap means you have wasted your time.

- TV serials or more screen time
- Cooking, yes cooking without meal planning as ahead.
More effective tips:
- Keep your dress, accessories, office bag ready a night before.
- Teach your kids to pack their school bags every night before. Otherwise what happens is, the most productive time you will be juggling everywhere searching and matching things.
- The next tip is to avoid shopping and outing on workdays. If you go shopping in a working day more chances in a hurry you will end up shopping with wasting up your money and as well as your time.
- Outings on weekdays may proceed to vary and disturb your routines and your biological clock. Even if you are not a working woman just keep it away for the sake of your husband.
