physically and mentally and make the balance to enjoy some “you time” every day.

Balance does not mean
fill up in every activity possible. Examine and priorities your values. Decide what's important to you; then set your
limitations. Avoid becoming overwhelmed by juggling too many big projects in
your life at once. As the saying goes, "do not bite off more
than you can chew".
#3:Set your Biological Clock:
Trained your body alarm you; it may know its wake up time,
eating time, Bedtime. So Work on your body to set your biological clock to
maintain a healthy and balanced life.

Mindset:
Schedule your next day, make a to-do list to allow yourself to
de-stress. Organization and planning make your life more stress-free and
balances all of the components of balanced living.it helps to work more
efficiently and calmly.
#5:Expect the unexpected:
Unexpected things happen. We've all experienced the uncertainty.
If you accept that anything can happen at any time. These are the times when balance may not be
possible. For instance, you may have a family or career crisis that needs your
undivided attention. When that happens, rather than getting
stressed learn to tackle unexpected happenings like a sick child, lost your
data, etc., when matters go back to fine then take time to rejuvenate yourself.
